Please notify us about your pet at time of booking. 2 friendly dog(s) max. Non-refundable fee of $150 per dog. Please ensure your pets are included in your headcount when booking. Undeclared dogs and damages caused by pets will incur an additional $500+ charge.
Rules & Regulations: All guests are subject to the community rules and will be responsible for any fines imposed by the community incurred during their stay, separate from any fines applied by the host. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. After a 2nd noise complaint guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. No parking on community streets.
The community constantly tests the lake water. From time to time the lake may be unexpectedly closed to swimming for the health and protection of residents and guests.

Please keep in mind that 7+ day stays qualify for a discount. Modifications to shorten your stay to 6 or less days will lose the discount and potentially cause your total cost to be more expensive than a longer stay.
